Prison decks really died off with the lost of Icy Manipulator.  It was
a powerful lock once in play, but speed was its main weakness.  Prison
decks can make a comeback thanks to Urza's Saga.  Tolarian Acadamy is
just plain sick!!!  WotC R&D will be kicking themselves for allowing
this card to print.  Blue and artifacts have always gone good together.
Prior to Urza's Saga, the artifacts were out of Blue's range until
late-middle to extremly late game.  Now, Blue can drop those heavy CC
artifacts during the early and middle game making Blue that much more
dangerous.
